If we, after using our every reasonable effort, are unable to resolve deficiencies you claim in our services, then we may choose, at our sole discretion, to issue you a refund for the deficiencies that we consider not resolved. However, our liability to issue you a complete refund.

The device has gone malfunctioned with the same issues just after the resolution
Maintenance services are not provided on time.
You are not satisfied with the professional’s performance & Services.
A refund will be issued through the same payment mode you made the payment for the services before.
